H1rik! I'm so upset to hear that you're stuck. I've been in the exact same position you have been. I know that while in a nether portal you're not able to use commands - yet alone chat. So, what I suggest that you do, is get on m.ly, and attempt to starve yourself. You'll eventually die, and return back to spawn. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask.
