I am in Los Angeles, & I am totally bummed because I’d jump at this chance.
I really like your Lynda.com tutorial on CSS. I am a print graphic designer, who foolishly thought teaching myself ActionScript 3.0 would make my animations “easier / faster / re-usable”… and now two years later I’ve become a reluctant coding geek
If you’re ever holding a similar even in Southern California, please let me know.

I only recently found out about this. I used to just say that I went through life with the glass three quarters full!! Then last year I experienced some situational depression and went to a shrink who told me I was hyperthymic. This list describes me to a “T’ I would add one word to the list: “LUCKY.” For example you attend your church’s fundraising fair. You buy a chance on a nice rocking chair. Guess who wins it? Or you go to the local high school basketball game and buy a 50/50 raffle ticket. Again, you win. It seems to happen a lot to me.
