   Just take any picture, open it in Photoshop (6 or later) Save for Web, change it to GIF and change the number of colors to 128 and it gives you the same color pallete. Just take a screen shot and paste it into a new file.

   Take any picture and open it in Photoshop (6.0 or later) go to Save For Web… and change the settings to GIF and 128 colors. Take a screen shot of the resulting pallette. Open a new drawing in Photoshop and paste your screen shot. Voila! instant color pallette, just use the eye dropper tool.
