26 things photographic scavenger hunt

Here’s a cool idea: A scavenger hunt in which each particpant provides a photographic interpretation for a list of items. The first 26 things was held in July of 2003, so this is the first anniversary of the project.

The 26 things are:

  26. Delicious.

    Hey, that sounds really fun. I wish I had time…hmm, maybe when I’m on vacation in little over a week I could do it…maybe…

    I actually wrote a long comment that I have now deleted, in the interest of keeping an idea of mine just that till it materializes.
    No, I am not c***ping over this thread. Honest to God, I had a neat idea all typed out and explained, which made it less beautiful.

    I don’t know how well I’m going to do with it…. but I figured it’d be worth a shot… A neat concept anyhow.

    I find the subject fascinating as an artist I know how hard it is for people to come with variations of the same subject which is really strange compared to nature that can produce billions of variations of the same subject – human face for instance or snow flakes which are never repeated.
