most desired things

Thanks everyone for the most wonderful birthday comments! You made my day. Keith asked:

“If you could have one present today, what would it be? (besides world peace, a winning lottery ticket, a president from the democratic party or something else unrealistic?)”

I’ve been thinking a lot about this, but I don’t know the answer (other than world peace, a winning lottery ticket and a new president). Let’s pretend he asked you and you can help me out with some ideas.

Realistically? Membership to all clubs at http://www.saucegirl.com/cat_sauce.cfm

Unrealistically? A beautiful woman that practices unconditional love on me for a lifetime.

Answering my own question: The entire Kung Fu television series on DVD. To my knowledge, they don’t make it yet.

  3. I’d want an opportunity to undo some the wrongs I’ve done unto others.

Since that’s not possible, I guess I’ll take world peace instead.

The Thackery T Lambshead Pocket Guide to Eccentric & Discredited Diseases. Or world peace. Or rare, vintage David Bowie tracks in mp3 format.

realistically? part of me that they removed with the brain tumor, it seems that my whole personalitly, memory, and outlook changed suddenly, i hate to think that we are in reality slaves to electrochemical processes and hard or soft wiring. an maybe that others realize that people that care about each other make sure the other becomes more enabled not less. naw not waxing philosphical, i hate coming to the point in my life where i live in a community of less than neandertal rednecks(definate insult to neandertals), both men and women, whose idea of integrity and love is making sure you smack your partner at least once a day raise your kids with extreme prejudice, and keep the fridge full of coors.

To see a democratic president in the white house…. Oh yeah and to have the ability to time travel the great science fiction promise of my childhood…
